Orders are typically processed within 1–3 business days (excluding weekends and holidays). You’ll receive an email with tracking information once your order ships.

🛠️ Custom Orders

Custom product requests (including personalized scents or bulk batches) may take up to 8 weeks to complete and deliver. We’ll keep you informed on the status of your custom order every step of the way.

🚚 Shipping Rates & Delivery Estimates

We ship across the U.S. using USPS or UPS. Shipping costs for orders under $30 are calculated at checkout based on your location.

Standard delivery typically takes 3–7 business days after your order ships.
