At Primm Farms LLC, your satisfaction is important to us. We want you to love your all-natural products—but we understand that sometimes things don’t work out.
❌ Due to Hygiene Standards
Because many of our products are personal care items (such as deodorants, beard balms, soaps, and oils), we do not accept returns on used or opened items for health and safety reasons.
✅ Eligible Returns
We accept returns or exchanges on unopened, unused products within 14 days of delivery. To be eligible:

💸 Refunds
Once your return is received and inspected, we will notify you of the approval or rejection of your refund.
If approved, your refund will be processed to your original payment method within 5–7 business days.

📦 Damaged or Incorrect Orders
If your order arrives damaged or you receive the wrong item, contact us at info@primmfarms.com within 7 days of delivery. We’ll make it right with a replacement or store credit.
