📦 Order Help

Track My Order

Once your order ships, you’ll get an email with tracking info. Didn’t get it? Just email us with your order number and we’ll help.

Order Changes or Cancellations

If you need to cancel or adjust an order, contact us ASAP. Once an order ships, we’re unable to make changes.


🚚 Shipping & Delivery

  • Most orders ship within 1–3 business days
  • All items are hand-packed and shipped from our farm in Virginia
  • You’ll receive a tracking number via email when your order is shipped
  • Custom orders (like bulk soap) may take up to 6 weeks

We want you to be happy with your purchase. If there’s an issue, please contact us within 7 days of delivery.

  • We can’t accept returns on used personal care items
  • Digital gift cards are final sale and non-refundable
