Is there an adjustment period when switching to natural deodorant?
Some people notice a short adjustment period because a deodorant controls odor without preventing normal perspiration. Odor or wetness can vary with activity, weather, application amount, and individual body chemistry.
Will your soaps and deodorants work as well as store-bought ones?
Our soaps are made for everyday cleansing, while our deodorants are formulated to help manage odor without aluminum or baking soda. Results and wear time vary by product, activity level, and individual body chemistry.
How long does one bar of soap or deodorant last?
Our soaps last 3–4 weeks with daily use if stored on a well-draining soap dish. Deodorants typically last 6–8 weeks, depending on use.
Do your products contain preservatives or fragrances?
We never use parabens or phthalates. A few of our products contain a small amount of high-quality fragrance oil, but most are scented with essential oils only. Each product label lists exact ingredients.
How should I store your wax melts or beard products?
Keep them in a cool, dry place—away from direct sunlight. Wax melts store best in a sealed container, and beard oils and balms should stay capped tightly.
Where do you ship from?
All orders are handcrafted and shipped from our farm-based studio in Virginia.
How long does shipping take?
We ship within 2–3 business days. Most U.S. orders arrive within 3–7 business days.
Do you offer local pickup?
Yes! Select “Local Pickup” at checkout, and we’ll notify you when your order is ready.
What’s your return policy?
Due to the nature of our handmade, personal care products, we can’t accept returns on used items. But if something arrives damaged or there’s an issue, we’ll make it right.
Can I exchange an item if I ordered the wrong one?
If it’s unused and unopened, contact us within 7 days of delivery to arrange an exchange.

We do! Whether you're planning a wedding, gifting for an event, or need a batch made just for you, we’re happy to help.
What can be customized?
We offer custom labeling, scent blends, and bulk quantities for most of our products. Our soaps can be fully customized with your choice of scent, color, and add-ins with a minimum order of 10 bars.
How long do custom soap orders take?
Because our soaps are handcrafted and require a curing period, please allow approximately 6 weeks for production and delivery.
